Dieses Autohaus ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Top Autos, Top Preise. Ich bin gern aus Oberbayern 2mal den Weg nach Velburg gefahren. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Ehrliche, klare Kommunikation, fachkompetent, aufmerksam, schnelles Antworten, unkompliziert. Da wird Kunden Service ganz groß geschrieben.

Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Service in diesem Autohaus! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe hat einfach alles gestimmt. Very slow in responding to every question I asked. Once I finally received all the information I needed, I sent a clear message confirming my intention to purchase the car and requesting the payment details. I sent this at 7:30 P.M., outside their opening hours. The following day, I received no reply until 1:45 P.M., when they informed me that the car had already been sold to another customer earlier that morning — simply because they had not checked my message in time. I strongly advise against doing online business with this seller.
