Communication with them was very difficult; I had to send 2-3 emails and call them 2-3 times to get a response. The ad mentioned a 5-year warranty, but when I asked for a certificate to see it, I was told to ask my Land Rover dealer!?!?!? Obviously, JLR says that WHOEVER sells the car must have all the car's documents. I tried to ask twice more, both by phone and by email, "send me the car's warranty certificate by mail," and once they replied that they are independent dealers and don't have all this information. But I wonder if they wrote on their website that the car has a 5-year warranty, where did they get this information from if you have no documents to prove it??? After that, I never received any other response from them and I give up. I'm tired of "begging" them to show something that they should be able to provide to the customer without any fuss. On the end, I gave up on their car and went looking elsewhere.

Die Kommunikation sowie die Ehrlichkeit ist hervorragend. Alle optischen Mängel wurden mir per WhatsApp zugesendet und ich konnte aus der Ferne schon mir ein Bild malen. Nach reiflicher Überlegung habe ich mich dazu entschieden, das Fahrzeug ungesehen zu kaufen. Ich hatte bei Abholung keine bösen Überraschungen. Nächstes kauf ich mein Auto wieder bei Ihnen.
