Professionalism and kindness! I really appreciated the speed and precision in the answers. For the pick-up of the car everything was simple and everything corresponded to what we had said. The only thing that they could improve is to make the temporary license plate already registered to the owner as well as the insurance, this becomes fundamental when you arrive in italy. Anyway, thanks to Nik for his kindness and precision.
