This Giulia Super 1.3 was produced on the 23rd of December 1972 and first registered on the 1st of June 1973 to Firenze. Finished in striking Grigio Chiaro Metalizzato AR 727 over a Black leatherette upholstery, a timelessly elegant colour combination that complements the Giulia's curves very well (so we think at least). Having spent her entire life in Central and later the South of Italy, up until we sourced and purchased her in the vicinity of Naples in February 2025. Although the Giulia was in generally fine form, the synchros in the gearbox (typical 105 gremlin) were below par so we ordered a full gearbox rebuild at a local specialist in Italy before the car was transported to Maastricht (images of file). Once the Giulia landed with us in Maastricht we did a full once-over at our local Alfa specialist, who also installed a new set of Eibach lowered springs and the desirable 15" GTA-style wheels with fresh Hankook Ventus tires. This setup just elevates the stance and handling of a 105 to another level whilst maintaining comfort for longer trips or even daily use in the Summer months.

We have also done a compression test, underlining that the engine still has plenty of life in it for years to come!The entire body of this example presents in unmolested & rust-free form today. This can be seen by original weld spots on various places, visible original floor pressings and sharp shutlines on all adjacent body panels. Although the body is very straight and true - this is not a concours car and thus not perfect (but which 50-year-old Alfa Romeo really is) Thanks to past restoration works, the paint finish is consistent accross the entire car (quite difficult to do with Grigio Met.) and technically, the Giulia is absolutely "on the button" thanks to the aforementioned technical overhaul by specialists in Italy where the following aspects were given attention:

• Complete gearbox overhaul incl. synchros & bearings (invoices + pictures on file)
• Fresh brake booster, cylinder & brake fluid flush
• Clutch master cylinder renewal + flush
• Tuning of the Solex 40 DDH carburettors
• General service incl. oil, filter, coolant etc.

The Giulia will be delivered with original jack, spare wheel, user manual and dedicated history file containing invoices of recent servicing parts. Currently supplied with Italian documents, it can be registered in the Netherlands on beautiful dark blue classic license plates and will be supplied with a fresh MOT prior to handover. Great 105 Giulia's are difficult to get hold of, so we get very excited when we get our hands on one again. This one is certainly up there thanks to its overall condition, svelte colour combo and recent servicing works. Ready to be enjoyed!
