Now, we're introduced to the Black Series, a prestigious designation within AMG's lineup reserved for the most exclusive and tailor-made iterations of its models.

However, dismissing the Black Series as merely an enhanced GT R would be a mistake, evident in its deliberate exclusion of 'GT R' from its name. This distinction signifies a substantial departure from its predecessors, a fact emphasized by its lofty price tag. Can it truly rival the likes of the GT2 RS and McLaren 765LT? Its groundbreaking Nürburgring Nordschleife lap time certainly suggests it's up for the challenge.

While you can delve into the extensive technical modifications implemented by AMG on the Black Series elsewhere, it's important to note that this isn't simply a GT R Pro adorned with an exaggerated rear wing. It’s all-change under the GT’s comically long bonnet. Out goes the usual hot-vee twin-turbo V8 and in comes a new member of the same family, codenamed LS2. It uses the same M178 block, but switches to a flat-plane crankshaft in pursuit of a higher revving, more power-centric delivery that has allowed the AMG engineers to dial in 1.7bar of boost. Enhanced structural rigidity is achieved through various bracing elements, complemented by widespread utilization of carbon fiber across body panels and the propshaft. Aerodynamic performance sees a substantial boost over the GT-R.

The Black Series which we are presenting here today has been pushed even further. Her single owner decided that 730 bhp is not enough and the exhaust did not do the car justice. That is why he installed a performance exhaust system and boosted the power up to 800 bhp! He has enjoyed 6000 kms with her, but all good things eventually come to an end and have to make way for new toys.

She was delivered in the stunning pearlescent Diamond White from the factory. To pay homage to the AMG One and Formula 1, she was given this special wrap. On top of that they installed a full Paint Protection Film to keep everything protected. Especially all of the exterior carbon fibre. With the AMG Exterior Carbon Package every detail is finished in carbon fibre from the roof to the front splitter.

Inside you will find an equally cool interior. With the factory carbon fibre bucket seats optioned in black with orange accents to give her that racing feeling. Our favourite? The Titanium roll bar that sits behind you. Other options include Parking package with front and rear camera, Interior Night Package, Mirror Package, High end sound system, etc.
