Welcome to my advert for Le Petite Black Bastard.

206RC from 2005, full fat 177hp EW10J4S engine. Incredible to drive, short geared, really old school driving experience.

Unfortunately she has developed a 'knock' at around 1600 rev range and I do not have the time or energy or patience to fix it. I have a video I can send via WhatsApp if you like. I believe (and according to chatgpt) it is likely the VVT pulley)

Previously owned by an enthusiastic, but terrible-at-paperwork home mechanic, so not a huge amount of recent service history, but I know the story behind it.

Engine
Pre knocking sound: 10/10, pulled really nicely.
Now, might be a simple fix, might be more. Please bid with this in mind. Since the sound, only turned it on and off to try and diagnose. No driving.

Wheels
6/10 need a refurb, one is a little bent, see photos

Bodywork
For a car that hits it's 20yr birthday, surprisingly good. Not perfect, but definitely a lot better than some similar ages on the market. Small oil seep from between engine and gearbox. Leaks at a rate of around 1L/1500km or 6 months.


Audio
Radio works, CD player doesn't. Previous owner was a fan of house music. I never use it, barely have the on. Speakers are okay, but again, 20yr old and French.

Price is negotiable. Speed and easiness of sale is also important to me.
